Hayley Rose

Hayley Rose (Rosie) enjoys managing the finances as our Citrus Group Assistant Finance Manager. Having been a key member of BBE since 2016, she is the link between our Finance and Operational departments ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.



Phil Eddy

Being the process driven founding member of the team, Phil ensures the smooth running of the company through consistently striving to promote professionalism and excellence. Playing a key part of the driving force for the business to expand and evolve as a training provider who cares about the learner’s journey and education.



Clare Elliott

As the Lead Internal Verifier and Quality Manager for BBE, Clare oversees the quality assurance across our entire portfolio, whilst also ensuring the delivery specifications are adhered to throughout our qualifications. Clare has over 20 years’ experience in training across a variety of industries with 8 years of those at BBE Training.



Steve Burge

Steve is BBE Training’s Business Development Advisor and brings over 25 years’ experience in account management, business development and growth strategies from a variety of industries with 8 years of those spent working in SE Asia. The role very much involves “making things happen” and he is certainly never short of ideas for the business.
He is looking forward to being a key part of driving growth for the business to expand and evolve as a premium training provider, focused on the learner’s journey and education.
Growth is important but Steve is fully onboard with BBE’s ethos of maintaining our exacting standards of customer service and ensuring our learners are fully supported throughout their training with BBE.



Sophie Wills

Sophie has used her 5 years with BBE to develop our Student Support service into the fantastic support network that it is today. With customer service at the forefront of her role, she ensures our learners are fully supported throughout their time with BBE from registration to certification.
